What do I do if a sale falls through?
If a sale falls through, you can go the property sale and mark it as fallen through and record the fallen-through date.
- Click on the Sales tab, then go to Property Sales
- Choose the sale that's fallen through
- Click on the Sale Fallen Through button
- Record the fall-through date and click Confirm
The Property Sale will be marked as Fallen Through and the date recorded. Domus Pro customers can view a report to track the fall-throughs per month.
