How do I manage a property sale chain?
As part of progressing a property sale you can also create and monitor the sale chain.
Once you have created the property sale (by Accepting the Offer), go the the Chain tab of the sale. From there you can add sale chain members including:
- Sale address and price
- Selling agency and contact details
- Sale milestones
You can add unlimited sales to a chain and move them up and down the chain as appropriate.
