How do I reset a password?

For security reasons, you don't have access your client's password. The system will generate a random password when you send them their login details and then they can login using their email address and that password.

Your clients can change their password by logging in and clicking on the Account section.

If your client forgets their password, they can reset their own password from the client login page.
