How do I change the billing contact details?
The billing contact details are used for invoices and invoice reminders.
You can change the billing contact name, email or address in your account as follows:
- Sign in and go to the Admin page
- In the Company Account panel click on Company Details
- Change the relevant details in the Billing Contact and Save
These details will be used for future invoices.
Please note: You can only change your billing details if you have Manager rights.
