How do I track rent arrears?

Rent arrears can be monitored by tracking the Rent Demands that remain unpaid.

A Rent Demand is a type of invoice that is created to indicate that rent has become due.

If a Rent Demand remains unpaid (or part-paid) then that indicates rent in arrears.

To find the list of unpaid Rent Demands click on Accounts, Receive Rent Payments.
