How do I create Rent Demands?
A Rent Demand is a type of invoice that is created to indicate that rent has become due.
To quickly create Rent Demands and invoicing landlord management fees.
- Find the list of rent demands that are due by clicking on Accounts, Create Rent Demands
- Select the relevant tenancies and click on Add Rent Demands
- Review the confirmation page then click 'Save Invoices'
- The rent demands and landlord invoices will be created
