Overview of Letting

The Letting features allow you to record and track your tenancies from start to end:

• Record and track all tenancies
• Include all tenants and guarantors
• Quickly produce all standard documents and contracts
• Record detailed notes of the tenancy history
• Record deposits and Tenancy Deposit Scheme
• Schedule and assign tasks
• Schedule reminders for inspections, Section 21
• Reminders for gas and electrical checks

You can create a tenancy from an applicant record (go to the Tenancies tab on the customer).
