How do I create a Memorandum of Sale?
You can create standard templates for all documents you use throughout a property sale. One of the most common is the Sales Memorandum which we provide as part of your company setup.
- Find the sale by going to Sales, Property Sales
- Click on the 'Documents' tab
- Select Sales Memorandum Letter (or whatever you've called it) from the drop down list and save it
- The document will appear in the list.
Click on the document name to edit the document or the 'Preview' link to create a printable version.
If you'd like to change the templates, go to Admin, Templates, Sale Documents and change the templates using the online editor.
