How do I share an applicant owned by another user?

You can share an applicant without changing the owner.

1. Find the applicant using the Applicants list or customer search
2. Select the applicant from the list
3. Click on 'Link' next to the sharing option on the customer activity screen.
4. The applicant will now appear in your Applicants list

You can delink the applicant by clicking on 'Unlink' in the same section.
