How do I add an Offer?
You should record details of all offers made by applicants on properties for sale:
- Find the applicant who is making the offer
- Click the 'Offers' tab
- Click 'add offer' and select the property from the list
- Fill in the details of the offer and save it
You can set the offer status to indicate the status of that particular offer. The options are:
- Pending - a new offer still awaiting a decision from the vendor
- Accepted - vendor has accepted the offer
- Declined - vendor has declined the offer
- Withdrawn - purchaser has withdrawn the offer
- Contracts Exchanged - vendor and purchaser have exchanged contracts
You can find the a list of all offers in Sales, Offers which you can then filter by offer status and branch.
If an Offer has been accepted, a property sale will created to help you progress the sale of the property. You can record the target completion date, track the sale milestones and monitor the progress of the sale chain.
