How do I renew a tenancy?
You can renew a tenancy by ending the existing tenancy and starting a new one.
- Find the existing tenancy
- Click the Terminate Tenancy button to end the tenancy (or set the status to Terminated)
- Go the lead tenant record and click Add Tenancy
- Complete the new tenancy details and Save
If you're using Domus Pro, you can also Activate the tenancy to automatically invoice the tenant for rent and the landlord for management fees (assuming it's a managed tenancy).
