Template editor issue

Having trouble with ckeditor running on IE11. Are you using a version compatible with IE11? Symptoms include very slow typing performance when not in source code view and an inability to paste merge tags by selecting them from the toolbar.

Hello Brian,

This is an issue with IE11. As a workaround, you can set your browser to use Compatibility View: click on Tools, Compatibility View settings and then the Add button to add your site to the list.

We have an editor upgrade in the works that will fix this issue so please use the workaround in the meantime.
