How do I do a bank reconciliation?

A bank reconciliation is the process of comparing your actual bank statement and the Client Bank Account in the system. The bank reconciliation features allow you to check off which payments are present both on your bank statement and in the Client Bank Account.

  1. Click Accounts, Unreconciled Payments
  2. Tick the payments that are present on your bank statement and click Reconcile Payments
  3. Review the confirmation page and click Save Reconciled Payments

The Bank Reconciliation will be saved.

If you need to check one, you can find them by going to Accounts, Bank Reconciliations.
