How do I cancel a tenancy?

You can cancel an Open tenancy if the tenant or landlord no longer wishes to proceed with the tenancy.

1. Find the tenancy using the 'Tenancies' page
2. Click on 'cancel tenancy'.
3. Review the confirmation page then click 'Cancel Tenancy'
4. The tenancy status will be set to 'Cancelled'.
