How do tenants report repairs?
Your tenants can report repairs in two ways, direct from your site or by signing in to their account.
Direct from Your Website
You can add a Report Repairs link to your site so tenants can report repairs directly from your site.
The tenant will be asked to report the issue by following a few simple steps:
- Choose the type of issue
- Classify the issue a bit more specifically
- Describe the details of the issue in their own words
- Link the issue to a property
- Confirm the details and submit the issue
You will receive notifcation by email that an issue has been submitted.
From Their Account
Tenants can report repairs by signing into their account and following a few simple steps:
- Sign into their account and go to the Tenant Dashboard
- Choose the relevant tenancy from the Tenancies panel
- Click on the Report Property Issue button
- Choose the type of issue
- Classify the issue a bit more specifically
- Describe the details of the issue in their own words
- Confirm the details and submit the issue
